CORPORATE LAWYER - CAMBRIDGE - Job Description
We are seeking a qualified Corporate Lawyer to join our busy Corporate Team based in our Cambridge office.
Hewitsons undertakes a full range of corporate work and are pragmatic deal makers seeking to understand clients' businesses in depth.
Increasingly there are international aspects to corporate transactions. Through Law Exchange International, of which we are a founder member, we have access to and make frequent use of like minded lawyers in continental Europe, the US and worldwide.
Our clients include: large and medium sized corporates, owner-managed businesses, investment funds and syndicates, technology based start-ups, public and educational institutions, MBO and MBI teams, entrepreneurs and business agents.
The successful candidate will have the requisite technical skills combined with the drive, enthusiasm and business approach necessary to contribute to the dynamic Cambridge Team. A strong academic background together with excellent training and experience with a well respected firm are all essentials.
Whilst we will be happy to receive applications from all levels, it is likely that the successful candidates will be around 2-4 years PQE, due to the nature of the work.
