Our client's Corporate group handles a wide variety of activities, this includes venture capital, M&As, Corporate Finance and joint ventures. They now seek to recruit a full service Corporate Lawyer to compliment their existing team.
The successful candidate will be a confident and enthusiastic lawyer capable of working to a high standard both independently and across teams. You will have experience of dealing with heavy weight clients on a national and international basis and will be keen to become involved in business development on behalf of the team and broader firm. Confidence, enthusiasm, intelligence and commitment are essential for this role.
