Corporate Lawyer 6+ years PQE

Our Abu Dhabi office has a vacancy for a corporate lawyer 6+ years' PQE, with solid corporate and M&A experience with a leading practice, to join our expanding practice in the Middle East.

Our Abu Dhabi office has an excellent local and international client base and works for governments, government departments and agencies, banks and financial institutions, and major domestic and multinational corporations operating in all main sectors of commerce and industry in the Middle East.

We are looking for bright, ambitious and well-motivated candidates who have qualified in the UK or another comparable common law jurisdiction. Applicants should be robust, self-motivated and possess excellent client skills. Successful applicants should also be able to demonstrate a genuine interest in and commitment to this region. A strong academic background is essential. Arabic language skills would be useful, but are not a pre-requisite. Experience of supervising junior lawyers would also be useful.
