Corporate Lawyer 2 years PQE - Job Description
We are looking to appoint a lawyer with at least 2 years' PQE to our Corporate practice, to be based in Hong Kong. The successful candidate will have a broad range of corporate law experience, ideally with a leading international firm. The work will involve M&A transactions, IPO's, private equity and general corporate work. Excellent academics and an enthusiastic and team focused approach are essential to fit into this market leading practice.
Candidates should be fluent in English with the ability to speak Mandarin and read and write Chinese.
