We now have a fantastic position for a 3 - 5 year corporate lawyer to join our Brisbane team. This large team is made up of three partners - Gary Goldman, Bruce Cowley and Andrew Rentoul - and 12 legal staff.
The practice covers a wide range of corporate matters such as:
Mergers and acquisitions
Structuring and joint ventures
Capital raisings and private equity
General corporate law and governance issues.
This diverse and challenging role will suit an astute and confident self-starter with a passion for corporate law. You will have a sound commercial approach, great drafting skills, a close attention to detail and the ability to develop strong and enduring client relationships.
