A great opportunity has arisen for a talented junior corporate lawyer who is looking to expand on their already impressive skill set. You will be involved in a wide range of corporate matters such as:
-Mergers and acquisitions
-Structuring and joint ventures
-Capital raisings and private equity
-General corporate law and governance issues.
This diverse and challenging role will suit an astute and confident self-starter with a passion for corporate law. You will have 2 - 3 years of solid corporate experience in a reputable firm where you have developed a sound commercial approach, great drafting skills, a close attention to detail and the ability maintain enduring relationships with key clients.
