Corporate Lawyers (Private Equity) – 2 yrs to Senior Associate, Sydney

You can be a part of our highly successful private equity team that forms an integral component of our overall Corporate and Finance practices. With our expanding client base and influx of interesting, & challenging work, our busy Sydney team currently has needs for 3 junior to mid level lawyers and 2 senior associates to join our existing 12 lawyer team (within our 50 lawyer Sydney corporate team).

You will enhance your skills and gain quality experience amongst our team of highly professional and intelligent colleagues as you assist well known corporate and private equity clients on a range of acquisitions, corporate structures, shareholder arrangements and sale transactions.

To be successful in securing a spot in this leading practice you will be looking to apply your strong legal, analytical and communication skills in a fast moving and dynamic transactional practice.

Previous experience of private equity work is not essential as you will be provided with first class training and mentoring from our motivated and talented team of lawyers. Corporate transactional experience and fluent written and spoken English skills are essential.
