This top 50 City practice require a corporate locum for approximately 3 months in either Oxford or London starting as soon as possible. The work will include M&A transactions and AIM listing with clients ranging from international, FTSE and AIM-listed businesses to governments, not-for-profit bodies, private individuals, trustees and intermediaries. Minimum 2 years PQE high calibre corporate experience and excellent academics essentials.
