Our Manchester Corporate team have expressed a need for an additional Corporate Assistant. The team is run as joint unit with our Liverpool department and candidates would be expected to work from the Liverpool office on occasion. We seek a general Corporate lawyer to be involved with the full remit of corporate transactions with a slight emphasis on mergers and acquisitions and private equity work.
