Corporate Professional Support Lawyer, London (two to five years' PQE)

We are recruiting for a qualified associate or professional support lawyer with a minimum of two years’ PQE to join our existing Corporate PSL function. The successful candidate will work alongside three senior Corporate Professional Support Lawyers to provide a comprehensive know-how service to the Corporate Group to include:

• Monitoring significant legal developments and evaluating their impact on corporate transactions and clients.
• Maintaining and developing the Corporate Group's precedents.
• Producing client alerts.
• Assisting with the Corporate Group training programme.

We are looking for candidates with a strong corporate background and ideally some experience of a know-how role to work full-time hours, though we would consider candidates looking to work a four day week.
