CORPORATE PSL - ENGLISH REGIONS

Our Corporate PSL team seeks an additional recruit to be based in any of our UK offices, but preferably outside of London. Knowledge Management in its widest sense is taken very seriously by the firm. There is a very clearly defined career path and last year we appointed a partner from the ranks of our PSLs. Corporate have a structured team of PSLs looking after the 4 main corporate product lines namely private equity, corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions and tax. The Corporate PSL function is extremely 'hands on' both through design and to some extent necessity than other departments and has the committed support of senior Corporate managers.

The role will embrace the capture, filtration and dissemination of know how in respect of a wide range of corporate transactions but in particular private equity. There will also be a strong interface with the training function in the firm. Computer literacy is a must and the role will require the individual to have had at least 4 years' relevant experience as a corporate lawyer. Whilst we will happily consider an existing PSL we are also just as keen to consider someone who is still practising and indeed because of the practical nature of the role there is a strong case to favour someone still practising.
