Corporate PSL, part-time, London

My client is a long-established firm with a breadth of practice that spans: property and regeneration; employment and tax; Family and Private Client; Dispute Resolution; Media; Corporate and Commercial.

Their corporate department represents diverse clients from start ups and corporates to venture funds and investment banks.

The corporate team is well integrated and friendly and they continue gradual growth to keep up with the volume of work. To help keep pace, they have identified a need for corporate professional support lawyer. As well as reviewing precedents and know-how, the ideal applicant will be able to play an important role in training, research and providing legal updates.

Initially it is thought that this opportunity would suit someone looking for a role on a 2-3 day week basis and it will either suit an experienced PSL or a corporate lawyer who is looking for a change of direction and hours whilst capitalising on existing skills and knowledge.

To be considered, you must already have the right to live and work in the UK and it is expected that you will have previously trained and practised as a corporate lawyer or PSL with a London firm or a respected regional practice.
