Working closely with an associate you will be responsible for advising your own clients (both individuals and commercial organisations) as well as assisting with more complex issues. There is also an opportunity, should you wish, to be intrinsically involved with the marketing and development of the department. Candidates will be Fellows of the institute of Ilex and will be comfortable with contentious and non-contentious Insolvency Law.
