Due to the continued expansion of our clients Corporate Recovery Group, a vacancy has arisen for a solicitor with at least 4 years' post-qualification experience to join this well-established and busy team. The team deals with the full range of Corporate Recovery and Reconstruction work, including Liquidations, Administrations and Receiverships.
The ideal candidate will have solid experience of all aspects of Corporate Recovery and Reconstruction work, and be keen to develop their career in a challenging but supportive environment. There would be an expectation that the candidate will have had some experience in acting in bank-led advisory work, both within and outside formal insolvency. Candidates who have had additional experience in acting for asset-based lenders will be particularly welcome. GM 1433
