Corporate Solicitor

The opportunity would suit those looking to get involved in an exciting and challenging range of Corporate work covering Private Equity, Corporate Finance and Projects and Secondary Markets. The individual will also have the opportunity to work in our cross practice sector focus groups covering industries such as Hotels & Leisure, Lifesciences, Consumer Products, Energy and Utilities, Construction and Development, Infrastructure and Project Finance, TMT and Financial Institutions.

The individual needs to have transactional experience working across a diverse client base, be technically very strong and have good commercial awareness. A can do approach is required together with a willingness to get involved in marketing and business development. Teamwork is crucial to the group so strong interpersonal skills are essential.

Candidates should have a solid academic background and have trained and have experience in a leading national or international firm.
