Corporate Solicitor - Job Description
The corporate group is impressive in both size and experience, which explains its frequent involvement in high-value transactions. Their clients include major banks, multinationals and UK listed companies, SMEs and privately owned companies.
You will work as an assistant solicitor on a range of corporate transactions including mergers and acquisitions (both in the UK and cross border), buy-outs, banking and other funding, joint ventures and public company work.
Previous experience of corporate work is essential, as is the ability to work with minimal supervision and run deals.
