Corporate Solicitor

This national law firm with offices in Newcastle are seeking a Newly Qualified Solicitor in the Corporate Department to join a well established and busy team. You will be involved in a wide range of corporate transactions which covers public and private company mergers and acquisitions, all aspects of corporate law regulatory work, business start ups, share and business sales and purchases, joint ventures and shareholder agreements, stock market flotation, management buy-outs, venture capital work for private equity houses and some financial services regulatory work. The position offers challenging opportunities for client contact, drafting documents, managing projects and liaising with specialists within and outside the firm.

Seeking candidates from newly qualified solicitor level upwards with corporate experience. You must be genuinely interested in corporate transactions and have the ability and experience to take responsibilities and manage projects. Also an interest in business development would be advantageous.
