Corporate - Solicitor - Birmingham - Job Description
The successful candidate will have a background and interest in the charity/social housing and not for profit sector. You will provide a comprehensive service to Registered Social Landlords, charities as well as the Not for Profit sector clients. The work involves group structures, mergers, rule changes, charitable formation/conversions, company law advice. You will also be involved with stock transfer and PFI projects. A superb remuneration package awaits the successful candidate.
