NQ Solicitor - Corporate: This is a gem of an NQ opportunity with one of the Newcastle's leading law firms. You will join a team, which is a key practice area for the firm, and is set for further growth. As such, this is an exciting time to get on board and make your mark. From the offset, you will be given full support and encouragement to network and assist in developing business for the team.
Your role will encompass a full range of corporate transactions including: public and private mergers and acquisitions, regulatory work, business start-ups, share and business sales and purchases, joint ventures and shareholder agreements, stock market flotations, MBO's and venture capital for private equity houses.
