The firm's London office, opened in 2003, expanded its international reach, and specializes in commercial and financial transactions (with a particular focus on energy, project finance, mergers and acquisitions and private equity) and a range of other practice areas, including international trade, litigation and arbitration.
This growing legal firm is looking to recruit a Corporate MA & Private Equity Lawyer to join its London office. Ideally candidates have a minimum PQE of 4 – 5 years, with strong MA & Private Equity experience being an advantage. Successful candidates who are UK qualified or have experience working in the UK would be advantageous although this is not a prerequisite.
