Corporate Tax Solicitors - Job Description
Owing to expansion, we seek a generalist Corporate Tax lawyer to join our 8 partner Tax team which itself forms part of the firm's Corporate Department.
The team covers a broad mix of work including large value financing and private equity transactions. In particular, you would be providing support to the other transactional teams in the firm, specifically advising on structured finance, acquisition finance, real estate tax and VAT, cross-border structures and investigations.
Successful candidates will be rewarded with a high level of responsibility and client contact and should expect to work as part of a close team.
