Corporate/TMT Lawyer 5+ years PQE - Job Description
We are looking for a corporate lawyer with relevant experience in M&A and technology, media and telecommunications to join our corporate practice in London. Through our own offices and an excellent network of lawyers in other jurisdictions, we provide a comprehensive, international service to corporate and TMT clients. We act for a full range of TMT companies both domestic and international. In addition we act for those who support the sector such as banks, venture and private equity capitalists, industry bodies, regulators and governments. We have the experience and expertise to advise on all aspects of the TMT sector worldwide. The successful candidates will be expected to assist in driving forward the development of the practice. It is therefore likely that suitable candidates will have 5+ years' relevant experience advising on corporate transactions within the TMT sector. We are looking for applicants with an entrepreneurial spirit and the willingness and ability to take on significant responsibility.We seek applications from qualified lawyers who are seeking to move to a growing department where the successful candidate can enjoy excellent career prospects. Excellent academics and leading corporate practice background are also essential.
