Our Perth Corporate team are looking for an experienced Corporate lawyer to work with one of our Partners, Heath Lewis. The team is involved in all areas of corporate and commercial law, with a particular focus on mergers & acquisitions (both private and public), equity capital markets (including flotations), corporate and securities law and regulation, energy & resources law and projects.
Ideally you will be a lawyer at/around associate level with experience in mergers and acquisitions, corporate advice, and the Corporations Act.
