Whilst our client base has a bias towards publishing, new media and technology, we act for many listed plcs, multinationals and private companies across a broad range of other sectors.
We are seeking talented corporate and commercial lawyers with at least three years' PQE.
You will have a good grounding in corporate and/or commercial law and be looking for the chance to make a difference rather than simply being another assistant.

Excellent communication skills
Well organised and able to work to deadlines
Excellent and sound academics
Confident and robust personality
Strong personality who likes to work in a team
