The role is within our costs team based at our Manchester office, which provides costs service to the firm, particularly to the civil litigation departments; RTA; Employers Liability; Industrial Disease; Clinical Negligence (some publicly funded); General litigation, by way of bill drafting, negotiations, replies, some points of dispute, joint statements and advocacy.
We are looking for individuals who like working as part of a team, who are enthusiastic and willing to listen as well as advise on costs issues. We use the ‘CostsMaster’ bill program, together with a case management system. Experience of Word and Excel advantageous. Experience in any/all areas of costs preferred but full training can/will be provided internally and externally as appropriate.
