Primary responsibilities include defending costs, drafting bills, drafting points of dispute and replies, negotiating costs and attending detailed assessment hearings. Applicants should be able to demonstrate particular strength in technical costs issues, with emphasis on defence insurance work. There is an additional opportunity to work with clients on a national level as the role progresses.
