Global investment bank seeks experienced structured credit derivatives lawyer.

Ideally you will be coming from a top tier law firm or investment bank where you will have gained solid experience of OTC derivatives and structured credit derivatives.

You will advise on structured derivative transactions involving, inter alia, loan CDS, CDS on ABS, total return swaps and bespoke collateral arrangements for derivatives trading.

The role spans the full range of credit derivatives products as well as quality investment grade work and emerging markets.
