Criminal Regulatory Lawyer( 2 years+ PQE)

Brief

We are currently looking to recruit a Criminal Regulatory Solicitor who has between 2 to 3 years PQE to join our Dispute Resolution and Litigation Group.

The Candidate Required

The ideal candidate will have gained experience from a leading firm and have a background in dealing with general regulatory and criminal law. They will be able to demonstrate a sound working knowledge of Criminal Procedure Rules and have previous experience of dealing with Regulatory matters. In depth health and safety experience would be beneficial, although not essential.

The position will involve a mix of contentious defence work including health and safety, environmental, trading standards, FSA investigations, fraud and dawn raids.

Whilst the role will be based in our London Clerkenwell office, regular UK travel may be required, in particular in the South.

Candidates must be technically excellent, commercially aware and enthusiastic about business development. They will be a team player with a strong client focus and a strong academic background, combined with excellent communication and organisational skills.
