Following the arrival of Sharon Smith (ex A&O), a debt capital markets partner, to our London Banking team, we seek to recruit lawyers with experience in debt capital markets and/or securitisation. Additionally, derivatives experience would be useful, but not essential. We are able to consider candidates from other jurisdictions with specific experience (eg. Antipodeans/Canadians).
