DEBT CAPITAL MARKETS - Top 5 City; excellent ££ - Job Description
The UK Banking and Finance Group incorporates over 100 lawyers. they act for a wide variety of leading financial institutions including clearing and investment banks, building societies, monoline insurers, issuers, borrowers and institutional investors. Their expertise covers all aspects of structured & receivables, infrastructure and project finance, leveraged finance, real estate finance and securitisation and debt capital markets. Within these areas they offer advice on financing techniques and products including international Bond issues, debt restructuring, derivatives and syndicated lending.
Following the arrival of an ex-A&O debt capital markets partner earlier this year to our client's London Banking team, they seek to recruit lawyers with experience in debt capital markets and/or securitisation. Additionally, derivatives experience would be useful, but not essential. We are able to consider candidates from other [common law] jurisdictions with specific relevant experience.
Remuneration is at the absolute upper end and the department is successful and well geared for fast track career and future Partnership prospects. UK qualification and experience are essential for this position.
