This superb commercial law firm seek a paralegal / legal executive to join their impressive Debt Litigation team in Manchester and handle mortgage repossessions on behalf of PLC banking clients. The main purpose of the role will be to deal with mortgage repossessions, including the commencement of court actions, preparation of witness statements, dealing with warrants for possession hearings and suspension applications. The successful candidate will also be required to instruct hearings and evictions as appropriate. Candidates will have a base of experience in handling defended / undefended debt (minimum 6 months) and will be looking to join a well reputed firm in which you can carve out a career in the long term.
