Building on their success in the Personal injury market, my client is opening a bespoke debt recovery business in South Manchester. With an enormous source of work to draw from and an economy which looks like providing even more, my client are seeking either a Legal Executive or Paralegal with significant experience in Debt Recovery. Working closely with the Partners you will handle a volume caseload of defended and undefended debt via an excellent case management system. Candidates can expect a progressive career path should you wish and will be well positioned to move to a team leader / manager role as the firm expands, therefore some experience of managing legal assistants / fee earners would be advantageous. The ideal candidate for this post will be one who has significant experience handling volume based debt work on behalf of financial institutions.
