Leading Law Firm require a Debt Recovery Team Leader to work within their Leeds Office. The role will involve overseeing the collection of funds from the estate of deceased account holders. Operating on behalf of 3 external Clients you will be responsible for improving processes and procedures, as well as ensuring that defined targets and standards are achieved in accordance with each Client's Service Level Agreements. You will oversee the administrative duties for the legal team managing charging order administration duties. You will be required to conduct regular coaching, training and development sessions.
The ideal candidate will have experience of managing a team and be capable of coaching and developing staff and analysing performance.
You will be self motivated and have the ability to motivate other team members. You must be able to lead a team and put ideas into practice. Strong attention to detail and the ability to organise large workloads efficiently is essential.
Salary up to £26,000
