We have an opening for a Defended Clerk within our Uninsured Loss Recovery Department.
The main purpose of the position is to manage your own caseload of defended actions from defence to final hearing/settlement.
We are looking to fill this position with a candidate who has been educated to an ‘A’ Level standard (or equivalent), with a working knowledge of court processes including defended actions. Who has the ability to produce written correspondence to a high standard, with good time management and organisational skills and a working knowledge of MS Office applications.
