Derivatives - Job Description
Our client, one of the largest banks in the Eurozone, an admired banking brand with an impressive network that includes strong positions in Asia and a significant presence in the United States is looking for an Equity Derivatives Lawyer to join the Equity Derivatives Team.
This is a dedicated role supporting and advising the expansion of the existing equity derivatives platform in Europe, America and Asia. You will be based primarily in London but will also be required to work closely with and visit the Paris office.
The successful candidate will demonstrate a broad experience of structured derivative and capital market transactions acquired either in-house with a corporate and investment bank or within private practice as part of a Derivatives and/or International Capital Markets group.
