** DERIVATIVES / STRUCTURED FINANCE LAWYER **

Job description:
Due to continued business expansion, a varied derivatives role exists for a lawyer who is looking to join a stable and well regarded legal team. The role involves advising on the products below but you must be willing to take on new challenges. The product focus will include: CLNs, CDS on ABS, synthetic securitisations, total return swaps, cash, synthetic and hybrid CDO managed and um-managed transactions, loan CDS and other OTC structures.

Skills:
The successful candidate will have significant experience in advising on structured credit derivatives coupled with a general derivatives background. The bank is seeking a commercially minded lawyer who is comfortable providing advice to busy trading floor desks.

Qualifications / PQE:
The role is of a level which would normally be suitable for individuals with over 4 - 8 years post qualified experience, but we will consider candidates from outside this range if they can demonstrate the necessary competencies
