THE FIRM
Our client's national property development regularly advises on some of the largest development, regeneration and town and city centre deals in the West Midlands and across the UK.
The Team advises both the public and the private sector at all stages of the property development and investments process, supported by specialists in other areas such as Planning and Environment and Local Government.

THE ROLE/ ABOUT YOU
As an experienced property specialist, you will ideally have a development background and be looking to join a team that will give you the opportunity to work on major projects across the country and the experience that comes with working on schemes of national significance. You will be attracted by the prospect of working with like minded individuals, for whom excellence and ambition goes hand in hand with an open and approachable attitude and respect for and co-operation with colleagues. As well as leading transactions (where you will be an integral member of the client's team and responsible for project managing the input from other members of the client's team), working alongside the team's Partners and mentoring junior team members, you will enjoy a varied diet of development work and enjoy an unrivalled opportunity to take the next step in your career.
The success of the team , led by a Legal 500 partner has opened up the opportunity for the recruitment of lawyers at associate / senior associate level, to work closely with the 4 partner team to meet the needs of an exciting and demanding client base. The diversity of the team's clients is reflected in the impressive range of projects with which the team is involved which includes town and city centre developments, the creation of new towns, industrial and office developments, high profile investment and development work for hotel sector clients, as well as retail, residential and mixed use developments.
