Our client is one of Russia's leading retailers and is listed on the LSE.
Its Moscow operation is seeking to hire a senior Russian lawyer as Director of International Law.
This is a high powered and challenging role, heading up the Company's M&A and Corporate Finance Legal Divisions, as well as the International Law Division. High levels of board exposure will also be involved in this role.
You will be a Russian qualified corporate lawyer of minimum 6 years + experience and with "big ticket" experience from an international law firm. Litigation experience would be a significant plus but is not required, as would be an LL.M from the UK/US.
