Director of Marketing

This is a newly created board level position, to drive the business forward to meet its ambitious plans for growth and further commercial success. Already a successful, top 15 practice, this firm is looking for someone with previous experience within a t least a £100m business, who can shape business development and client relationship strategy and ensure that the external profile of the organisation continues to develop at both firmwide and market
sector levels.

The organisation's brand is newly created, due to a recent and successful merger, so this is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys the challenges of brand development with
both external and internal audiences.

The Director leads a national marketing team and the successful candidate will be an inspirational leader with experience of coaching and developing their own department as well
as the ability to influence and mentor fee-earners within the practice.
