Resolving disputes by litigation, arbitration and alternative dispute resolution is a vital part of corporate risk management and strategy.
The globalisation of business and the expansion of the European single market are resulting in more cross-border disputes requiring high quality, coordinated advice. In addition, the increasing complexity of regulation at both national and European levels has given rise to a need for solutions not only in a commercial context but also in the regulatory sphere.
We are leaders in:
- domestic commercial litigation;
- large-scale multi-jurisdictional litigation;
- European and international law disputes;
- international and domestic arbitration;
- mediation and other forms of alternative dispute resolution; and
- negotiation with, and advocacy concerning, regulatory and government agencies.
