Dubai-Legal Counsel at Prominent Investment House- Fantastic Tax-free $$$ - Job Description
Newly created role with one of the most prominent investment houses in the Gulf. Our client wishes to recruit a lawyer with 3-4 years' post qualified experience gained in corporate/M&A law with experience or exposure to banking and finance activities and products including structured finance. The successful candidate will have participated in transactions and deal processes from inception through closure and will preferably have spent some time on secondment with a leading bank or financial services institution. Excellent communication skills, a calm, organised and pragmatic style will be essential.
