The team currently seeks to recruit a newly qualified solicitor to provide a high quality service to clients on all aspects of residential led development. You will work closely with all members of the residential development team and where required, other members of the commercial property group and others in the wider firm. The role will provide a high quality legal service to clients on all aspects of the development of land by way of assistance with the acquisition and disposal of sites for residential led and mixed use development to include:

• Advising on restrictive covenants, easements, affordable housing, leases, planning and highways agreements and agreements for supply of services;
• Assisting with the preparation of documentation in readiness for the disposal of completed residential units.

You must have strong academics: educated to degree level (with at least a 2:1) and a strong LPC pass. You will be confident with all aspects of residential led development and ideally with experience of mixed use schemes, residential conveyancing /site set up and CML compliance. Experience working within a firm known for its residential development work would be desirable.
