Responsibilities:

• 1st and 2nd level support for internal users across the EMEA and North American regions
• Ownership and management of all cases to completion with support from technical resources based in the US
• Monitoring support phone and email queue using a ticket tracking system (Change Gear)
• Setting up new users and configuring other areas of the applications based on user feedback
• Testing new functionality and reporting issues back to development team
• Writing reports using Business Objects Web Intelligence software
• Writing simple proposals for new functionality
• Creation of eLearning materials for all applications utilizing Adobe Captivate software
• Management of eLearning materials inclusive of keeping materials up to date as new functionality or operational standards are introduced
• Running training classes for all application suites
• Meet assigned deadlines and communicate case progress/status/issues to supervisor.
• Other Duties as required

Requirements:

• Proven experience of operating in an application support role and delivering training is essential
• Hands on exposure of operating and advising on a case management system in a professional services firm is essential
• Ability and willingness to deliver system training both remotely and face to face is essential
• Adaptable, with a pro-active approach to your work is vital
• Confident in excel skills (pivot tables) to produce reports
• Strong interpersonal skills with ability to communicate both verbally and over the phone in a confident and professional manner
• Team player with passion for delivering the highest levels of service to all internal stakeholders as required
