This position combines responsibility for both the development and administration of the Corporate practice's training and education and the presentation of some courses. The
position is a senior one, requiring the ability to establish credibility and work effectively with Partners and Senior Managers, and to manage a team comprising dedicated PSL, paralegal and secretarial resource. The position is suitable for an experienced corporate lawyer with excellent skills in presentation and administration.
This role will be responsible for designing, and delivering parts of the induction courses for trainees, new qualifiers and lateral hires into the Corporate practice. You will be working with specialist groups within the Corporate practice to assist them in their design and delivery of specialist courses as well as designing and supervising know-how workshops and round tables.
You will also have responsibility for administering the system for recording lawyers' attendance at training courses and reporting on the same to group training Partners.
The ideal candidate will have a high quality legal academic record and practitioner experience. Excellent presentation skills are key and you will need to be able to undertake projects and line manage.
