EMPLOYMENT ASSISTANT – LIVERPOOL 1-2 YRS PQE

Our client are a well respected expanding top UK law firm who continue to win work and are acknowledged as market leaders in their specialist fields.\r\n\r\nDue to expansion our client are seeking an employment lawyer with 1-2 years PQE to join their large and experienced team.\r\n\r\nActing predominantly for employers, the employment department advise on a broad range of both contentious and non-contentious issues. They have a partner led approach and strong team ethic. They advise clients in how to avoid disputes if possible and have a strong success rate in representation at Tribunals and when cases go to court.\r\n\r\nWork will typically involve; employment contracts, redundancy, reorganisations, disciplinary procedures, Business Transfers, Sex, Race and Disability Discrimination Claims, Maternity and Parental Leave Rights, Employment Tribunal Representation, Employee Benefits, Trade Union Legislation, Recruitment Law and General employment advice.\r\n\r\nSalary is in the region of £36-43,000 with excellent benefits package.\r\n
