Main responsibilities will include providing clients of various size across all sectors with non-contentious advice on a large range of employment law matters including disciplinary hearings, redundancy payments, TUPE, sex and race discrimination, Working Time Regulations, minimum wage, maternity leave, Data Protection, employee entitlements, grievance procedures, statutory dispute resolution procedures.
