Manage a variety of cases (which may including disciplinary, appeals, grievances, absence and dignity at work)
Identify and consider solutions to risks.
Provide professional advice, guidance and support on issues relating to in scope policies
Minimise risk to the business by ensuring a consistent approach to diagnosis of the issue and the subsequent advice and action
Contribute to the development of the continuous improvement processes within Policy & Advice
Provide judgement on predicted outcome of cases pre/post escalation of cases
