Employment Lawyer - Hertfordshire - Excellent Position

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a solicitor of at least 3 years PQE to join an outstanding regional firm. Our client requires an employment solicitor to join their sophisticated team on a temporary, contract or permanent basis.

The firm have built a successful department through hard work and as a result they advise a range of household clients on their employment issues.

In light of the firm\'s success they are actively looking for an employment lawyer with superb technical ability within the following areas of employment law:

·Unfair or wrongful dismissal.
·Breach of contract.
·Redundancy.
·Discrimination and victimisation.
·Maternity, paternity or other parental rights.
·Harassment.
·Equal pay.
·Drafting employment contracts.
·Reviewing and drafting policies, procedures, and staff handbooks.
·Advising on day-to-day issues such as disciplinary matters.
·Maternity and paternity rights, sick pay and working time.
·Guidance on handling dismissals, including redundancies.
·Advice on handling grievances.
·Representation in employment tribunal proceedings.
·Negotiating severance packages and drafting compromise agreements.
