My client has an exceptional employment team in the East Midlands rated on Legal 500 for their continued delivery of outstanding advice to clients. Due to this success they have an opportunity for an employment PSL to join their team.
The team provides comprehensive employment advice and assistance on all aspects of employment related matters, both contentious and non-contentious, to a diverse client base. Main services include contract and policy and procedure review and drafting, Redundancy, contractual variation and restructuring exercises, TUPE, Handling disciplinary and grievance issues, Employee attendance and performance as well as Employment disputes, including breach of contract, unfair dismissal and discrimination complaints.
The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years experience with a solid background in employment law. This is a great opportunity to join a high profile team within a friendly and supportive environment. This is a part-time role working 2-2.5 days per week.
