Including HR policies and procedures; strategic advice; telephone advice on a diverse range of HR issues; tribunal work – CMDs; drafting ET3s; replies to questionnaires and some corporate support to the LSVT team. The Birmingham team consists of two partners and one assistant having recently joined as part of the social housing team. The successful candidate will predominantly be working for RSLs or not for profit organisations.
