In addition to running a challenging caseload of contentious and non-contentious matters on behalf of both employers and employees, you will have the opportunity to be involved in practice development and the supervision of junior fee-earners.
The successful applicant will:
•Be competent in the full range of Employment law matters and pro-active in their approach to case management. Experience of acting on both sides and of handling CFA work would be an advantage but is not essential.
•Be articulate and confident, with effective litigation and negotiation skills.
•Be able to develop good client relationships.
•Have a positive attitude towards their work and the ability to work on their own initiative.
•Be well organised and able to work effectively within a team, under pressure of deadlines.
This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Employment Solicitor at the early stage in your career to undertake a 'hands-on' role and strengthen your CV accordingly.
UK qualification is essential for this role.
